¿Qué es el famoso síndrome postvacacional? Se refiere a un conjunto de síntomas caracterizado por apatía, falta de energía y concentración para realizar las tareas. 
¿Qué podemos hacer para que sea más llevadero?

  1. Permítete un periodo de adaptación previo. A veces es mejor volver un par de días antes a casa y disfrutarlos.
  2. En el periodo de adaptación es buen momento para retomar horarios de acostarse y despertarse.
  3. En los primeros días de trabajo es bueno meter actividades de ocio como ir al cine o pasear.
  4. Permítete dormir más de lo habitual los primeros días ya que las vacaciones también cansan.
  5. Rodéate de fotos y vídeos de las vacaciones.
  6. No te pidas el máximo nivel de actividad desde el primer momento, es mejor graduar.
  7. Planifica otros momentos gratificantes del año.
  8. Evita las quejas constantes.
  9. Recuerda que no es buen momento para tomar decisiones con respecto a tu trabajo.
  10. Vívelo como la vuelta al cole.

Y sobretodo tómate tu tiempo y ten paciencia.
