¿Cómo podemos ayudarnos a nosotros mismos?

1. Respira tranquilamente:

-Aspirar por la nariz, en forma lenta y prolongada llenando bien tus pulmones.

-Contener la respiración hasta contar hasta tres.

-Espire lentamente por la boca.

 

2. Cuenta tranquilizadora:

-Aspirar por la nariz de forma profunda y prolongada.

-Cerrar los ojos e imaginar que tu cuerpo comienza a relajarse.

-Efectuar diez respiraciones suaves. Con cada espiración, cuenta al revés comenzando por el diez. Mientras está respirando cómodamente, observe cualquier tensión que pueda producirse en su cuerpo. Imagina que éstas tensiones desaparecen.

-Cuando llegues a 1, vuelve a abrir los ojos.
